How to Request Data Deletion

Please send your deletion request from your own email address, or include enough identifying details so we can locate the correct record safely and avoid deleting the wrong information.

Email Your Request

Send an email to apex@dentalcarelucknow.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Include Identifying Details

Share your name, phone number, email address, approximate appointment or enquiry date, and any details that help us identify your records correctly.

Verification Review

We may contact you to verify the request before deletion if the request is incomplete or there is a risk of mistaken identity.

Response Timeline

We aim to review and respond to valid deletion requests within 7 to 14 business days, subject to verification and legal retention needs.

What Data May Be Deleted

  • Website contact form submissions and enquiry details.
  • Appointment booking requests and related communication records.
  • Phone, email, and website lead data stored for patient coordination.
  • WhatsApp communication metadata or message records retained for appointment support, where deletion is operationally and legally permitted.

What May Need to Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal, operational, accounting, dispute resolution, or medical documentation reasons. If full deletion is not possible, we will explain the limitation where appropriate.

Request Format

Suggested email: "I request deletion of my personal data held by Apex Dental Care. My name is [name], my phone number is [number], and my email is [email]. My last enquiry or appointment was around [date]. Please review and confirm the deletion request."
